Structure of the machine

The 600 automatic 3 + 3 marble grading machine guarantees a better calibration of the strand and a faster processing, by means of the adjustment of the 3 diamond heads. Structure consisting of a heavy carpentry bench for the support of the strips on the belt, with automatic movement adjustable by means of an inverter. The belt on which the string rests runs over an interchangeable wear plate. Calibrating bridges for the ascent – descent movement of the diamond spindles, with setting of the quota on the console of the same. Mobile bridge smoothing spindles for the transversal advancement of the heads, by means of a rack and pinion transmission in an oil bath, with adjustment of the displacement by means of an inverter. Up-down movement of the polishing spindles by means of pneumatic cylinders.
