“Tiles 600” line for marble with resining process and uv furnace

The system is transfer line with adjustable frequency, or with a continual flow. It allows the transformation of marble or granite sheets, known as stripes, in tiles, calibrated in their thickness and on their four sides. The resining process and the drying through UV ray process give the material a better compactness. The tiles are polished, cut at set-up length and beveled to be dried and finally ready for the appropriate packing.

Machine’s structure

 

The line is composed by the following machines and conveyor rollers:

 

  1. Motorized loading conveyor roller for stripes coming from previous cutting process (such as block-cut off)
  2.  Calibration machine (3 spindles) and smoothing machine (3 spindles) that regulates the marble sheet at a fixed and constant thickness, so that the two surfaces with the biggest extension can be parallel and with the appropriate tolerances
  3. Canalization and fluids evacuation is covered by a grill, this allows the water to start its cooling process and the residuals to flow in the depuration’s system.
  4. Forced hot air blowing for drying
  5. Motorized conveyor roller
  6. Resining machine (2 spindles), it covers with resin the marble sheet through the brushes’ rotation.
  7. Motorized resining unloading conveyor roller
  8. Oven with UV lamps for the hardening of the resin
  9. 10-headed polisher for stripes’ polishing
  10. Forced hot air blowing for drying
  11. End -Milling loading motorized conveyor roller
  12. Multiple end milling machine, it cuts the stripes in normal direction from its geometrical axle
  13. End -Milling unloading motorized conveyor roller
  14. Motorized tilting diverter starts the tile to the first station of beveling, perpendicularly to the arrival station.
  15. First beveling machine, accomplishes the calibration and chamfers with an inclination of 45°, on the two longitudinal sides of the tile’s viewing surface
  16. First beveling machine’s motorized unloading conveyor roller
  17. Motorized tilting diverter, starts the tile to the second station of beveling, perpendicularly to the arrival station
  18. Second beveling machine, accomplishes the calibration and chamfers with an inclination of 45°, on the two longitudinal sides left of the tile’s viewing surface
  19. Second beveling machine’s motorized unloading conveyor roller
  20. Drying station
  21.  Brush cleaner removes the micro-dust without reducing the shininess of the polished surfaces.
  22. Motorized conveyor roller
  23. Packaging and selection’s bench, where one or more worker can introduce tiles in the appropriate packaging.
