Tiles 600 line for marble with resin machine and UV oven LAY MV 600 R-UV

The system is a transfer line with a settable cadence, a continuous flow for the transformation of marble slabs called “strips” into tiles or tiles, calibrated in thickness and on 4 sides.

Resin and drying with UV rays make the material more compact.

The tiles are then polished, cut to a set length and beveled to be dried and finally ready for packaging in appropriate containers.

Structure of the machine

The “Marble Line 600 for marble with resin machine and UV kiln” plant is composed of the following machines and transport rollers:

  1. motorized roller conveyor for loading strips from other cutting processes (eg block cutter);
  2. calibrating machine (3 spindles) sanding machine (3 spindles) that adjusts the slab to a fixed and constant thickness, so that the two largest surfaces are parallel with appropriate tolerances;
  3. fluid evacuation channel covered by a grid, starts the cooling water and processing residues to the purification plant;
  4. forced hot air blowing for drying;
  5. motorized roller conveyor;
  6. resin machine (2 spindles) performs the resin coating of the slabs by rotating the spatulas;
  7. motorized roller conveyor for resin unloading;
  8. uv lamp oven for hardening the resin;
  9. 10-head polisher for polishing strips;
  10. forced hot air blowing for drying;
  11. motorized loading roller conveyor;
  12. multiple end milling machine, cuts the strip in a direction normal to its geometric axis;
  13. motorized unloading roller conveyor end milling machine;
  14. motorized tilting diverter, starts the tile or tile at the first bevelling station, perpendicular to the arrival one;
  15. 1st bevelling machine, performs calibration and bevels with an inclination of 45 °, on the two longitudinal sides of the visible face of the tiles;
  16. motorized unloading roller conveyor of the 1st bevelling machine;
  17. motorized tilting diverter, starts the tile or tile at the second bevelling station, perpendicular to the arrival one;
  18. 2nd bevelling machine, performs calibration and bevels with an inclination of 45 °, on the two remaining sides of the visible face of the tiles;
  19. motorized unloading roller conveyor of the 2nd bevelling machine;
  20. drying station;
  21. brush cleaner, removes the micro-dust without reducing the degree of gloss of the polished surfaces;
  22. motorized roller conveyor;
  23. packaging and selection bench, in which one or more operators introduce the finished tiles into special containers.
